Ingredients

250 g Tofu
Steps

Wash the basil leaves and peel the garlic. In a large bowl, prepare a marinade with 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar and 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce. Add a pinch of oregano, salt, and 2 basil leaves, then press the garlic into the mixture. Mix everything well.

Thoroughly clean and wash the leek, then cut the stem into 1.5 cm pieces. Clean and wash the mushrooms as well, then dry them with paper towels. Cut the tofu into pieces, then toss all the ingredients into the marinade, mix well, and place the bowl in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Alternately thread pieces of tofu, leek, and mushrooms onto eight wooden skewers. Arrange them on a baking tray and place it in the oven. Bake under the broiler for 3 minutes on each side.

Serve the skewers on plates and offer them to guests along with a side dish.
