Tofu with Mushrooms and Onion

200 g Tofu

250 g Mushrooms, mushrooms, fresh

1 spoon Mustard

1 teaspoon Spices, turmeric, ground

3 pieces Onion, raw

3 spoons Oil, olive

Steps

Peel, wash, and slice the onion into rings. Clean the mushrooms, rinse them quickly, dry them, and slice them. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion and mushrooms for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are slightly browned and softened.

Crumble the tofu in a bowl using a fork and mix it with the mushrooms and onion. Sauté for another 5 minutes while stirring.

Add mustard, turmeric, salt, and pepper, and mix everything well. Sauté for an additional 5 minutes, then serve on plates with toasted bread and toasted dulse seaweed.
