500 g Tofu

2 spoons Sesame seeds, dried

1 spoon Oil, sesame

4 spoon Soy sauce, tamari
Steps

Cut the tofu into approximately 3.5 cm squares, then cut them in half to form triangles. In a separate bowl, mix salt, soy sauce, and sesame oil, and stir well. Add the tofu slices and let them marinate for about 15 minutes to soak up the flavors.

Place a medium-sized pan on the stove and heat one tablespoon of oil. Pat the tofu dry with paper towels and fry for about 4 minutes on each side until a crispy crust forms.

Then sprinkle with sesame seeds and fry for an additional minute. Serve the prepared tofu on plates and enjoy.
