Ingredients
-
200 g Tomato, red
-
300 g Cheese, mozzarella
-
2 spoons Basil, fresh
-
2 spoons Spices, oregano, dried
-
2 spoons Oil, olive
-
1 pinch Salt, table
Steps
-
Wash the tomatoes and basil, and dry them with a cloth. Drain the mozzarella well. Cut half of the tomatoes in half (remove the green stems), and cut the tops off the other half near the stem. Finely chop the basil and oregano.
-
In a large bowl, combine the basil, salt, oregano, and olive oil, and mix them with your fingers. Add the tomatoes and mozzarella, and mix everything again so that the herbs stick to the pieces.
-
On a skewer, first place the tomato without the top (the cut side should face down), then a mozzarella ball, and finally a tomato half. Arrange everything on a plate and drizzle with the remaining juice from the bowl.

If you have other vegetables available, simply use them for the skewers. Instead of mozzarella, you can use another type of cheese (as desired).
