400 g Pasta, thin rice noodles

4 twig Basil, fresh

2 bags Cheese, mozzarella

15 pieces Tomato, red

Steps

Place a larger pot with 1.5 liters of salted water on the stove. Wait for the water to boil, then add the farfalle pasta and cook for the time indicated on the packaging. Wash the basil thoroughly, dry it, and pluck the leaves. Wash the tomatoes and remove the green parts.

Cut the lemon in half and juice it well. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it well and transfer it to a larger bowl. Drain the mozzarella. Season the farfalle with salt and add four tablespoons of lemon juice and olive oil.

Add the tomatoes and mozzarella and mix well. Garnish the prepared salad with basil leaves and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Advice
Instead of Picadilly tomatoes, you can also use cherry tomatoes.
