Ingredients

150 g Tomato, red

300 g Bread, wheat

0.5 bouquet Spices, mayonnaise, dried

2 pod Garlic, fresh

2 spoons Oil, olive

Steps

Wash and dry the tomatoes, then cut them into very small cubes (as small as possible). Finely chop the garlic.

In a bowl, mix the tomato cubes and garlic, add basil, and salt to taste. Add a few drops of oil. Mix everything together with your fingers.

Slice the bread into thin slices and place the tomato mixture from the bowl onto each slice. Use a sprig of marjoram for decoration.

Advice
Instead of oil, you can also use butter – spread it on the bread slice where you will place the tomato cubes. For decoration, you can also use basil leaves, oregano …, dried herbs will also suffice. You can also toast the bread slices. To taste, you can also pepper the mixture or drizzle it with lemon juice for a more refreshing flavor.
