Ingredients
-
500 g Dough, puff
-
2 piece Tomato, red
-
2 spoons Oil, olive
-
3 pinch Spices, basil, dried
-
2 piece Bell pepper, yellow, fresh
-
1 can Tomato, pieces - can

2 spoons Olives, black, in brine
-
3 pinch Spices, oregano, dried
-
200 g Cheese, Gouda

1 spoon Oil, olive
Steps
-
Thoroughly wash the peppers and tomatoes. Remove the seeds and stems from the peppers, and the green parts from the tomatoes. Slice all the vegetables into thin rings. Drain the olives well and rinse them under running water if necessary. Grate the cheese. Mix dried basil into the garlic oil.
-
Pour the peeled tomatoes into a multipurpose blender, lightly salt them, and blend until smooth. Preheat the oven to 250°C. Stretch the pizza dough to the edges of a greased baking dish and drizzle it with garlic oil. Evenly spread the blended tomatoes and grated cheese over the dough, then top the pizza with the tomato and pepper rings and olives. Make sure to leave at least one centimeter of the edge empty.
-
Just before baking, sprinkle the pizza with oregano. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake the pizza for 18-20 minutes. Once the pizza is baked, remove it from the oven, cut it into smaller pieces, serve on plates, and enjoy.

Advice
Instead of gouda cheese, you can use another type of cheese (e.g., mozzarella, edam, etc.).
