Steps

Wash the tomatoes, dry them with a paper towel, and cut out and discard the green part. Then slice the tomatoes and place them in a large bowl.

Wash the parsley and arugula, and quickly dry them using a paper towel. Finely chop them together and add to the tomatoes. Season the tomatoes with salt to taste, add olive oil, then cover the bowl with a lid and shake well. Serve the prepared salad.
