4 pieces Tomato, red

3 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, white

2 cans Fish, tuna, in oil

200 g Cheese, cottage cheese

1 teaspoon Lemon zest, fresh

1.5 teaspoons Juice, lemon

1 piece Small pumpkins

1 spoon Carp, soaked

1 handful Basil, fresh
Steps

Thoroughly wash the tomatoes and cut them so they open like a flower but remain in one piece. Evenly salt and pepper the inside of the tomatoes. Drain the tuna and break it into smaller pieces with a fork. Blend the tuna with cottage cheese, lemon zest, and lemon juice into a creamy puree. Add a teaspoon of water if needed.

Wash and grate the zucchini, finely chop the capers. Wash the basil leaves, dry them, and roughly chop them. Mix everything into the tuna mixture, season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

Stuff the tomatoes with the mixture. Serve them on a plate or platter.
