500 g Pasta, Macaroni

250 g Meat, pork, smoked bacon

175 g Beans, fresh

300 ml Sour cream

1 pinch Spices, nutmeg, ground

80 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated
Steps

Bring two liters of water to a boil, add salt, and wait for it to boil. Add the tortellini to the salted water. Cook them for 10 to 12 minutes or as instructed on the package. Drain the cooked tortellini immediately.

Cut the bacon into cubes. Heat oil in a pan. Add the bacon and fry it for about three minutes while stirring, until it becomes crispy.

Bring a smaller pot of salted water to a boil, and once boiling, add the peas. Cook them for about two minutes until tender, then drain.

Add the tortellini to the bacon. Stir in the peas, cream, and season to taste with nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Mix well and heat for another one to two minutes over medium heat. Serve the tortellini on plates, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, and enjoy immediately with a large bowl of seasonal salad.

If you don’t have tortellini, you can use other types of pasta instead: farfalle, penne, etc.
