Tortilla Roll with Eggs, Ham, and Sour Cream

Ingredients

1 piece Tortilla, wheat

4 pieces Egg, fresh

pieces Salt, table

pieces Bell pepper, red, fresh

1 handful Cheese, edamame

6 slice Ham, pressed

2 spoons Sour cream

pieces Oil, plant, sunflower
Steps

Crack the eggs into a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste and whisk them with a whisk or fork. Clean the bell pepper, wash it, and cut it into pieces. Mix the sour cream.

Place a pan on the stove and heat it over medium heat, then grease it with oil. Once the oil is hot, pour the whisked eggs into the pan. Cook the omelet without stirring until the bottom turns golden brown and sets. When the egg mixture on top is still juicy and slightly runny, sprinkle the bell pepper pieces over the omelet (you can also skip the bell pepper).

Now sprinkle grated cheese over the omelet and arrange the ham slices, then place the tortilla on top. Gently press it with your fingers to adhere well to the other ingredients. Use a spatula to separate the omelet from the sides of the pan.

Carefully flip everything over, using an upside-down plate placed on the tortilla to help. Now the tortilla should be on the bottom of the pan, with the omelet on top. Spread sour cream over the omelet. Since the pan is quite hot, it's best to remove it from the heat soon after placing the tortilla in it to prevent it from overcooking.

Remove the tortilla from the pan and place it on a cutting board. Roll it up (like a pancake) and slice it into pieces. Serve the prepared dish while it's still warm.
