Ingredients
-
pieces Butter, unsalted
-
125 g Butter, unsalted
-
190 pieces chocolate, dark
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
100 g Sugar, white
-
125 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
120 g chocolate, dark
-
120 g chocolate, dark
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Lightly grease a small square baking pan (20 x 20 cm) with butter and line it with baking paper. Chop the white, dark, and milk chocolate into small pieces.
-
In a saucepan over low heat, slowly melt the butter and the chopped dark chocolate. Stir frequently while heating, and once you have a smooth chocolate mixture, remove the saucepan from the heat. Let the mixture cool slightly, then gradually (one by one) mix in the eggs. Once all the eggs are added, mix in the sugar and flour. Finally, fold in the chopped white and milk chocolate pieces.
-
Pour the batter into the baking pan, smooth the top nicely, and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. The brownies are done when the top is nicely baked, but the inside is still soft and moist.
-
Let the baked brownies cool completely. Once cooled, cut them into equal-sized pieces and serve on a plate or a larger platter.
