Ingredients

2 piece Fish, trout

3 pieces Lemon, fresh, without shell

2 twigs Rosemary, fresh

1 bouquet Asparagus, fresh
Steps

Rinse the fish well under running water and dry them. Wash the lemons and slice them into rings. Rinse the rosemary sprigs with water. Place the lemon rings at the bottom of the baking dish, covering it completely. Season the trout inside and out with salt and place them in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and place a sprig of rosemary on each fish.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the baking dish with the trout in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes. Halfway through baking, carefully flip the trout with a spatula and continue baking. While the trout is baking, clean the asparagus. Rinse them and cut off the woody ends. Heat a little oil in a pan and quickly sauté the asparagus until fragrant.

Carefully remove the baked trout from the baking dish and serve them on plates. Arrange the asparagus around the fish.

Advice
