1 bouquet Parsley, fresh

Steps

Rinse the fish well under running water and dry them. Wash the lemons and slice them into rings. Rinse the rosemary sprigs under water. Wash the parsley and thyme, pluck the leaves, and chop them. Wash the chives and cut them into longer pieces.

Place the lemon rings at the bottom of the baking dish, covering the entire base. Season the trout inside and out with salt, chopped thyme, and parsley, and place them in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and place a sprig of rosemary on each fish.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the baking dish with the trout in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes. Halfway through baking, carefully flip the trout with a spatula and continue baking. Carefully transfer the baked trout from the dish to a plate and sprinkle with chives.

Advice
It is best to use organic lemons, whose peel is not treated with pesticides. If organic lemons are not available, immerse the lemon in boiling water for a few minutes and wipe it well to remove the wax, which contains toxins.
