Trout with Prosciutto

100 g Koruzna moka, whole grain, yellow

1 teaspoon Spices, paprika

1 slice Meat, pork, smoked bacon

2 piece Tomato, red

1 pinch Salt, table

1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell

Thoroughly wash the trout and pat it dry with a paper towel. Season the inside with salt. Mix cornmeal with a teaspoon of paprika and coat the fish in the mixture. Wash the tomato, slice it into thin rounds, arrange them on a plate, and drizzle with olive oil. Wash the lemon and cut it into 4 wedges.

Heat a pan and pour in olive oil. Spread it evenly across the pan and place the trout in it. Cook for 5 minutes on each side until it is evenly and crisply cooked. Carefully remove the trout from the pan, wrap it in a slice of prosciutto, then return it to the pan and cook for another minute on each side. Transfer the cooked trout onto the sliced tomatoes and garnish with lemon wedges. Serve with pesto as a side.
