800 g Leek

100 g Bread, wheat

2 piece Onion, raw

2 dl Alcohol, Wine, White

2 dl Alcohol, Wine, Red

2 dl Water

40 g Butter, unsalted

1 pinch Salt, table
Steps

Wash the leeks, clean them, and slice them into rings. Peel the onion and chop it into small pieces. Cut the bread into smaller strips. Place a pan on the stove and add the leeks, bread, and onion.

Pour in the wine and water, add butter, and season with salt. Once the mixture boils, cook on low heat for another 40 minutes. Remove from heat and serve on plates.
