Ingredients
-
250 ml Sweet cream
-
275 g chocolate, dark
-
40 g Butter, unsalted
-
45 ml Alcohol, Whisky
okras
-
150 g Pistachio
-
150 g Nuts, hazelnuts
-
100 g Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened
Steps
-
Cut the butter and chocolate into small cubes. Place a saucepan on the stove and pour in the cream, bringing it to a boil over medium-high heat. Once the cream boils, remove it from the heat and immediately stir in the chocolate cubes. Mix until the chocolate is completely melted. Then add the butter cubes and mix again until the butter is fully melted. Next, stir in the whiskey. Pour the chocolate mixture into a bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Overnight is best.
-
Take the solidified mixture out of the refrigerator and use a spoon or ice cream scoop to portion the mixture onto prepared parchment paper. Prepare 3 different plates. Sprinkle pistachios on the first, hazelnuts on the second, and sift cocoa powder onto the third. Roll each chocolate ball in the desired topping and shape them into spheres with your hands. To prevent the truffles from sticking to your hands, dust them with cocoa powder.
-
Place the shaped truffles in the refrigerator for a few minutes and then serve.
