100 g Olives, black, in brine
-
3 cans Fish, tuna, in brine
-
2 slices Bread, wheat
-
30 g Butter, unsalted
-
2 spoons Oil, olive
-
2 piece Green, raw
-
0.5 heads Salad, soft
Soup
-
125 ml Mayonnaise
-
2 spoons Yogurt, plain, from whole milk
-
2 teaspoons Mustard
-
1 teaspoon Juice, lemon
-
0.25 teaspoons Salt, table
Steps
-
Cut the bread slices into small cubes. Place a small pot on the stove, pour cold water into it, and carefully place the eggs into the water using a spoon. There should be enough water to completely cover the eggs. Wait for the water to boil, then remove the pot from the heat and let the eggs sit in the water for another 8 minutes.
-
Meanwhile, place a pan on the stove and heat it slightly. Then, add butter and oil to the pan and heat until bubbles appear. Add the bread cubes to the pan and fry them for about 3 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally, until they are golden brown on all sides. Remove the bread cubes from the pan and place them on paper towels to absorb excess fat.
-
Separate the lettuce leaves, clean them, wash them, dry them, and tear them into smaller pieces. Rinse the alfalfa sprouts thoroughly under running water. Wash and clean the stem vegetables, then slice them into smaller rings. Drain the olives and slice them into rings. Combine all the vegetables in a large bowl.
-
Drain the eggs and cool them under cold running water. Peel the eggs and cut them into quarters. Open the cans of tuna and drain the excess oil, reserving at least three tablespoons of oil for later. In a small bowl, mix the ingredients for the dressing.
-
Add the tuna, eggs, and reserved oil to the bowl and mix everything well. Finally, pour the prepared dressing over the salad and sprinkle the toasted bread cubes on top. Serve the prepared salad in smaller bowls and enjoy.
