8 pieces Tortilla, wheat

375 g Fish, tuna, in brine

250 g Corn, yellow, in brine

2 piece Green, raw

pieces Parsley, fresh

0.5 teaspoons Lemon zest, fresh

3 spoons Mayonnaise

70 g Cheese, edamame
Steps

Drain the corn from the can, rinse it under running water, and let it drain well. Open the can of tuna and drain the excess liquid. Clean the celery and parsley, wash them, and chop finely.

In a large bowl, mix the tuna, corn, celery, parsley, mayonnaise, and lemon zest. Season the mixture lightly with pepper and salt.

Place four tortillas on a clean work surface and spread the prepared tuna mixture over them. Sprinkle grated cheese on top, then cover the filled tortillas with the remaining tortillas.

Heat a pan on the stove until hot. Sprinkle a little water on the hot pan, then place the prepared quesadilla in it. Cook over medium heat, and when the quesadilla turns a nice light brown on the bottom, flip it and cook the other side.

Place the prepared quesadilla on a plate, cut it into quarters, and serve with various sauces and sides. Repeat the process in the heated pan to cook the remaining quesadillas.
