Ingredients

0.5 piece Onion, raw

4 pieces Olives, black, in brine

1 piece Egg, fresh

1 piece Tomato, red

2 piece Salad, soft

1 can Fish, Tuna, yellowtail

200 g Bread, whole grain

Cut the whole grain buns in half crosswise. Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them. Peel the onion and chop it finely. Slice the olives into rings. Wash the tomato, remove the green parts, and slice it.

Place the egg in a small cup. Add enough water to cover the egg and place the cup on the stove. Wait for the water to boil, then remove the cup from the heat and let the egg sit in the water for another 8 minutes. Drain the egg and cool it under cold running water. Peel the egg and slice it.

Place the lettuce leaves on the bottom halves of both buns, add the tomato slices, tuna, and red onion pieces. Place the egg slices and olives on the prepared sandwich, then cover with the top halves of the buns. Serve on a plate and enjoy.
