6 pieces Egg, fresh

200 ml Milk, whole milk

250 ml Sour cream

3 spoons Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

300 g Fish, tuna, in brine

0.25 bouquet Thyme, raw

Steps

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, and flour with a hand whisk. Season the mixture with pepper and salt to taste.

Drain the tuna from the can well and break it into smaller pieces with a fork. Wash the parsley sprigs, dry them, and finely chop them. Add the tuna, grated cheese, and parsley to the bowl with the egg mixture and mix everything well.

Line a round pie dish with baking paper (or grease it well). Pour the prepared mixture into the dish. Bake the pie in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes.
