Ingredients

4 pieces Fish, Tuna, yellowtail

3 spoons Miso

4 spoon Alcohol, Sake

1 spoon Soy sauce, shoyu

2 spoons Oil, olive

4 spoon Alcohol, Brandy

In a bowl, mix miso with mirin, rice wine, and soy sauce. Pat the fish fillets dry with a paper towel and place them in the bowl. Spread the marinade over the fish. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Turn the fillets once during this time.

Remove the fillets from the marinade and pat them dry. Place a grill pan on the stove and heat it slightly, then add oil. Cook the fillets for about 5 minutes on each side. Arrange them on plates and serve.
