400 g Pasta, Macaroni
-
2 cans Fish, tuna, in oil
-
1 can Fish, anchovy fillets in oil
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
1 piece Onion, young
-
0.5 bouquet Parsley, fresh
-
40 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated
-
0.5 teaspoons Salt, table
-
20 g Butter, unsalted
bešamel
-
50 g Butter, unsalted
-
1 spoon Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
5 dl Milk, partially skimmed
-
0.5 teaspoons Spices, nutmeg, ground
-
2 pinch Salt, table
-
1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
Steps
-
Wash, clean, and finely chop the onion. Wash the parsley, pluck the leaves, and chop them finely. Leave a few leaves for garnish. Grease an ovenproof baking dish.
-
Place a pot with a larger amount of salted water on the stove (see advice). Wait for the water to boil, then add the pasta and cook it for the time indicated on the package. Drain the cooked pasta well.
-
Drain the tuna and anchovies, place them in a large bowl, and mash them well with a fork. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them. Add the eggs and drained pasta to the bowl with the fish and mix everything well. Add the chopped onion and parsley and mix again. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish.
-
Prepare the béchamel sauce. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Sprinkle the flour over the butter and stir well with a whisk until the mixture is smooth (and without lumps). While stirring, slowly pour in the warm milk. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and cook for another five minutes over low heat, stirring constantly. Once the béchamel thickens, remove the saucepan from the heat.
-
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Pour the béchamel sauce over the pasta and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
-
Remove the baked pasticcio from the oven, serve on plates, and garnish with parsley. Serve with a fresh salad as a side.

Advice
When cooking pasta, we follow the rule of using 1 liter of water for every 100 g of pasta. For every liter of water, use 10 to 12 g of salt.
