200 g Cheese, mozzarella

Wash the tomato and cut it into small pieces. Peel the onion, wash it, and chop it finely. Pit the green olives and slice them into rings. Slice the mozzarella thinly. Open the cans of tuna and drain the excess oil.

Place a small pot on the stove and heat three tablespoons of oil. Add the tomato, half of the tuna from the can, salt, and pepper. Cook over moderate heat for about five minutes, then let the sauce cool.

Preheat the oven to 220 °C. Stretch the pizza dough to the edges of a greased baking dish. Spread the cooled sauce evenly over the dough, leaving about a centimeter of the edge empty. Arrange the mozzarella slices over the sauce. Sprinkle with chopped onion, green olives, and the remaining tuna from the can. Top with black olives.

Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Cut the baked pizza into slices and serve while still warm.
