Tuna Pâté with Pistachio
The recipe for an excellent tuna pâté is very simple, but it includes one ingredient that is not typically used in making pâté. This is whipped sweet cream, which gives the dish that extra oomph.

2 cans Fish, tuna, bluegill

2 spoons Butter, unsalted

1 pinch Spices, chili powder

4 spoon Sweet cream

Steps

Toast the pistachios in a pan (without oil), then crush them with a knife (or chop them).

For the pâté, you will need a multipractic, in which you blend the tuna, butter, salt, and pepper. Fold the whipped cream into the tuna mixture by hand. Optionally, add a pinch of chili and freshly ground pepper.

Shape the mixture into quenelles, place them on a plate or platter, and sprinkle with chopped pistachios. Serve the pâté with a baguette cut into pieces.
