Tuna Salad with Corn and Olives

Ingredients

350 g Corn, yellow, fresh

240 g Fish, tuna, in oil

2 piece Onion, young

100 g Olives, black, in brine

2 spoons Vinegar, red wine

4 pinch Salt, table
Steps

Thoroughly clean the spring onion, wash it, and finely chop it along with the green stems. Drain the olives and slice them into rings. Drain the corn from the can, rinse it under running water, and drain again. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.

Open all three cans of tuna and drain the excess oil, saving at least 3 tablespoons of oil to use for the salad. Add the tuna chunks to the bowl, season the salad with salt to taste, and add the saved oil and vinegar. Mix the ingredients well, serve the salad in appropriate bowls, and enjoy.
