Ingredients

2 slices Bread, whole grain

1 piece Fish, tuna, in oil

2 piece Salad, ice

1 piece Tomato, red

0.5 piece Shallot

1 pod Garlic, fresh

1 spoon Mayonnaise

1 pinch Spices, pepper, red or cayenne

1 pinch Salt, table
Steps

Drain the tuna. Clean the lettuce, wash it, and tear it into smaller pieces if desired. Peel the onion and slice it thinly. Wash the tomato and cut it into slices. Peel the garlic and crush it. In a deep bowl, mash the tuna with a fork, add the crushed garlic, mayonnaise, pepper, and salt. Mix everything well until a uniform mixture is formed.

Place a slice of bread and layer it with lettuce, then add the tomato slices, the tuna spread, and finally sprinkle the onion slices on top. Cover with another slice of bread and serve.
