150 g Fish, Tuna, yellowtail

4 pieces Fish, anchovies, fresh

1 spoon Carp, soaked

1 piece Egg, egg yolk, fresh

2 spoons Juice, lemon

3 spoons Alcohol, Wine, White

Steps

Drain the tuna well and process it together with the anchovy fillets and capers until smooth using an immersion blender.

In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolk and lemon juice until frothy, then gradually add the oil while continuously whisking. Thoroughly mix the liquid into the anchovy mixture and add white wine.

Season the sauce to taste with pepper and salt. Serve with salad or as a pasta sauce.
