Ingredients

200 g Fish, tuna, in oil

1.5 spoons Mayonnaise

2.5 spoons Sour cream

120 g Cheese, creamy

2 piece Cucumbers, sour

30 g Olives, green, in brine

3 twigs Parsley, fresh

1 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, white
Steps

Open the cans of tuna and drain the excess oil (the oil can be saved and used for seasoning salads). Transfer the tuna meat to a bowl and mash it well with a fork. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, cheese spread, and mix everything well until you get a smooth spread.

Finely chop the pickles, olives, and parsley. Add them to the bowl. Add a little salt and pepper and mix everything well again.

If desired, refrigerate the spread for a while to cool, or serve it immediately with slices of fresh or toasted bread.
