Tuna Spread with Eggs
When youre unsure what to prepare for breakfast or dinner, tuna spread is always an excellent choice. Its quick to make, the ingredients are usually always on hand, and all family members will happily eat it. You can spread it on bread or crackers, and its also great served in a small container as an additional dish for a picnic or party.

160 g Fish, tuna, in oil

2 piece Egg, fresh

1.5 spoons Mayonnaise

Steps

Hard-boil the eggs and let them cool. Chop the pickles into pieces.

Peel the cooled eggs and remove the yolks, then chop the egg whites into pieces. Drain the tuna well and place it in a bowl. Add the yolks and mash everything together with a fork. Mix in the mayonnaise or sour cream, pickles, and egg whites. Season with pepper and salt to taste, and if needed, add a bit of lemon juice.
