Tuna Spread with Paprika and Spring Onion

320 g Fish, tuna, in oil

1 piece Bell pepper, red, fresh

1 piece Onion, young

Steps

Drain the tuna from the can thoroughly. Clean and wash the paprika and spring onion. Dice the paprika into small pieces, finely chop the white part of the spring onion, and slice the green part into rings.

Place the drained tuna in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Mix in the mayonnaise, paprika, and chopped onion. Season to taste with lemon juice and pepper. Optionally, add a bit of ground chili or cayenne pepper.
