250 g Fish, Tuna, yellowtail

1 piece Onion, young

6 twig Thyme, raw

2 twigs Coriander, leaves, fresh

1 piece Lime, fresh

2 spoons Soy sauce, shoyu

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

1 pinch Salt, table
Steps

Cut the tuna fillet into small pieces. Clean the spring onion, wash it, and finely chop it. Wash the chives and cilantro and chop them very finely. Wash the lime and grate the zest. Cut the fruit in half and squeeze the juice from both halves.

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with your hands. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix again and serve on a plate. Optionally, garnish with onion rings and serve.
