4 spoon Olives, black, in brine

Cut the tuna into smaller pieces. Remove the pits from the olives and cut them into smaller pieces. Drain the capers. Cook the tomatoes in a pot over moderate heat until a thick tomato sauce forms. While cooking, add a little sugar and salt to the tomato sauce.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the chopped anchovies, drained capers, and sliced olives. Then add the tuna and quickly sauté while stirring. Pour in a little white wine and wait for the wine to evaporate, then pour the tomato sauce over everything. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Cook for a little longer to allow all the flavors to blend nicely.
