Turkey and Bacon Sandwich
This generously filled sandwich with turkey, bacon, tomato, and avocado can easily replace a cooked lunch when served with a salad. If youre very hungry, prepare a double-decker version (with three layers of bread and two layers of filling).

3 slices Meat, pork, smoked bacon

2 slices Dry salami, turkey

Slice the bread roll. Wash and peel the avocado, cut it in half, remove the pit, and slice it into thin pieces. Wash the tomato, cut it in half, remove the green part, and slice it.

Place a pan on the stove, heat it up, and crisp the bacon slices on both sides without adding any fat. Fill the bread roll with slices of tomato, turkey ham, bacon, and avocado. Cover with the other half of the bread roll and serve.
