Turkey Cutlets with Cream Sauce
If you find turkey breasts too dry, prepare them with a simple sauce. You can serve them with boiled or roasted potatoes, and for an extra touch, finely chop some carrots in a multipurpose chopper.

Ingredients
-
500 g Meat, turkey, breasts
-
0.5 teaspoons Salt, table
-
2 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
0.5 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell
-
2 spoons Oil, olive
Sauce
-
100 ml Sour cream
-
2 piece Cheese, creamy
-
0.5 dl Water
-
6 twig Thyme, raw
-
1 pinch Salt, table
Steps
-
Wash the turkey cutlets and dry them with paper towels. Season them with salt and ground pepper. Place the cutlets in a bowl. Squeeze half a lemon and pour the juice over the cutlets in the bowl.
-
Place a ribbed pan on the stove and heat the oil. Place the cutlets in the hot oil and cook them on one side until they get a nice golden-brown color. Flip the cutlets and cook them on the other side. Transfer the cutlets to a dish and cover to keep them warm.
-
Place a pot with sour cream on the stove. Wait until the sour cream heats up, then add two packets of soft, creamy cheese. Mix well. Add a little water (half a deciliter). Mix again and cook on medium heat for 2 minutes. Wash and roughly chop the chives. Stir the chives into the sauce, season with salt to taste, and once the cheese is completely melted, immediately remove the sauce from the heat.
-
Serve the cutlets on plates and pour the prepared sauce over them. Serve warm!

Advice
Turkey cutlets can be bought pre-prepared, or you can take turkey breasts and slice them at home into 1 cm thick cutlets. If the sauce becomes too thick, add a little water and mix well.
