Turkey in Lemon Marinade

Ingredients

4 pieces Meat, turkey, breasts

4 pods Garlic, fresh

1 teaspoon Spices, paprika

0.5 teaspoons Salt, table

0.25 teaspoons Spices, pepper, black

2 piece Lemon zest, fresh

4 spoon Oil, olive
Steps

Wash the turkey fillets and dry them with a paper towel. Peel and chop the garlic and add it to a bowl. Add paprika powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl, then squeeze two lemons and pour the lemon juice over the spices. Mix everything well, then place the turkey meat in the mixture. Cover the bowl loosely and place it in the refrigerator overnight. It is good to turn the meat at least once in between.

The next day, take the meat out of the refrigerator one hour before use. Place a pan on the stove and pour in olive oil. Place the marinated turkey fillets in the pan and sear them on both sides until they turn golden brown. Cook them for about five minutes on each side.

Serve the cooked fillets on plates and offer them with a side dish of your choice.

Advice
The fillets can also be marinated in orange juice, wine… The meat can be left in the marinade for a shorter time. It is best to use organic lemons, whose peel is not treated with pesticides. If organic lemons are not available, immerse the lemon in boiling water for a few minutes and wipe it well to remove the wax containing toxins.
