Turkey Sandwich with Vegetables
Preparation is very quick and easy. We can use leftover rolls or special smaller rolls. The prepared sandwich can be toasted in a toaster or eaten cold.

200 g Bread, whole grain

100 g Meat, turkey, smoked, breasts

1 piece Tomato, red

50 g Cheese, mozzarella

15 g Butter, unsalted

10 g Salad, ice

Cut the rolls lengthwise in half. Slice the cheese into thin pieces. Clean, wash, and dry the lettuce leaves, and tear them into smaller pieces if desired. Wash and clean the tomato. Slice it into thin rings.

Preheat the toaster well. First, spread butter on the bottom halves of the rolls. Then layer them with pieces of lettuce, slices of cheese, slices of roasted turkey breast, and tomato rings. Cover the sandwiches with the top halves of the rolls. Toast the prepared sandwiches in the toaster just until the bread becomes crispy and the cheese slightly melts.

Serve the sandwiches on a plate, cut them in half, and serve.
