Ingredients
-
500 g Meat, turkey, breasts
-
pieces Salt, table
-
200 g Carrot, fresh
-
100 g Leek
-
2 spoons Oil, olive
-
30 g Butter, unsalted
-
50 ml Water
-
3 spoons Sour cream
-
pieces Thyme, raw
Steps
-
Slice the turkey breast or cutlets into one-centimeter thick slices. Season them with salt and pepper.
-
Clean and wash the vegetables. Cut the carrots into five-centimeter thick slices, then into thin strips, and finally into ribbons. Cut the leeks into long slices, halve them, and slice into ribbons. Do not use the dark green part.
-
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the turkey meat in two batches. Cook each batch for only two minutes.
-
Once the meat is removed from the pan, add butter and let it foam, then sauté the vegetables for two minutes. Add water and simmer slightly. Stir in sour cream and add the cooked turkey strips, allowing them to heat through. If necessary, season with additional salt and/or pepper.
-
Finely chop the parsley and sprinkle it over the prepared dish. Serve with rice, pasta, mashed potatoes, or bread.
