Place a deep pan on the stove and heat a tablespoon of oil. Once the oil is hot, crack two eggs into the pan. Cook the eggs over medium heat for one minute, then add slices of salami. Cover the pan and cook the eggs for another three minutes.

Meanwhile, quickly rinse and dry a few sprigs of basil and dill. Once the eggs are cooked, garnish them with the herbs and season the dish with salt to taste. Serve the breakfast directly in the pan.
