Turkish Pizza
This is not the pizza we are used to, as it not only has a special shape but also more dough and a bit more meat.

-
15 dag Cheese, edamame
-
15 dag Meat, beef, ground
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
Steps
-
Sift the flour onto a wooden surface, make a well in the center, and sprinkle salt around the edge. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and pour it into the well. Gradually mix the flour into the yeast and add oil. Quickly knead all the ingredients together to form a soft dough that should not be too sticky. If the dough is too dry, add a little more water; if it is too sticky, sprinkle it with a bit more flour.
-
Continue kneading the dough by lifting it and slapping it onto the wooden surface, occasionally giving it a good knead. Do this until the dough no longer sticks to your hands or the wooden surface. It should become elastic and soft. Then shape it into a loaf and make a cross on top to help it rise. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with a cloth. Let it rise in a warm place until the loaf has doubled in size (about one hour). The dough should not rise too quickly and should not be in a draft!
-
Place the risen dough on a greased board, lightly and quickly knead it, and shape it into a "boat." Carefully transfer it to a greased baking dish. Drizzle the dough with olive oil, spreading it with your fingers, and then sprinkle oregano over the dough.
-
Wash and shake the parsley, then finely chop it along with the peeled garlic. Place the ground turkey in a bowl and add salt, pepper, ground red paprika, parsley, and garlic. Mix well with your hands and spread the mixture over one-third of the boat.
-
Cut the salami slices in half. Grate the cheese and sprinkle it over the center of the boat, then place the salami pieces on top of the cheese. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
-
Spread the ground beef over the remaining part of the boat. Season the meat with salt and pepper, then place the baking dish in the oven. Bake for 20 minutes until the edges of the dough turn golden brown. Transfer the boat to a wooden board (platter), slice it, and serve.

Advice
The dough can also be prepared a day in advance. Place it in a bag and store it in the refrigerator. Yeast can also be replaced with wine stone.
