Tuscan Salad

Ingredients

500 g Okra

80 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated

4 pieces Egg, fresh

4 spoon Oil, olive

3 spoons Juice, lemon

1 pod Garlic, fresh

3 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, white

Carefully place the eggs in a pot. Add enough cold water to completely cover them. Place the pot on the stove and wait for the water to boil. Remove the pot from the heat and let the eggs sit in the water for exactly 8 minutes. Drain the eggs, cool them under cold running water, and peel them.

Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press or finely chop it. In a bowl, mix the oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cut the eggs into pieces and mash them with a fork.

Separate the lettuce into individual leaves. Cut off the thick stems, then clean, wash, and dry the leaves. Roll the leaves into rolls and slice them into thin strips. Place the lettuce in a salad bowl and pour the dressing over it. Mix well. Add 2/3 of the cheese and eggs and mix again.

Let the salad sit for at least 5 minutes, then sprinkle with the remaining cheese and eggs and serve.
