First, thoroughly clean and wash all the vegetables and herbs.

Energy-boosting pink smoothie: remove the avocado from its skin using a spoon and place it in a powerful electric blender. Add coconut water, celery, kale, frozen strawberries, lemon juice, and coconut oil. Blend the ingredients until smooth. Pour the prepared smoothie into glasses and garnish with chia seeds and/or edible flowers.
