Ingredients
-
75 g Breadcrumbs, dried
-
20 g Butter, unsalted
-
240 ml Sweet cream
-
220 g Cheese, creamy
-
30 g Sour cream
-

50 g Chocolate spread, with hazelnuts
-
100 g chocolate, dark
-
120 ml Sweet cream
-
pieces Strawberries
Steps
-
Place the biscuits and butter in a mixer and blend well to create buttery crumbs. Distribute them into the prepared glasses and smooth them out slightly to form a nice base.
-
In one bowl, whip the cream. In another bowl, combine mascarpone, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing them into a smooth cream.
-
Divide the mascarpone cream roughly in half (150 g), then mix chocolate spread into one half. Finally, fold the whipped cream into both the white and chocolate creams, adding about half to each.
-
First, layer the dark cream into the glasses, smooth it out slightly, and then top it with the white cream.
-
Finely chop the chocolate. Heat the cream in a saucepan almost to boiling and pour it over the chocolate. Wait for one minute, then mix well. Drizzle the chocolate over the white cream, and for the final touch, garnish the dessert with fresh strawberries.
