Ingredients

1 piece Sweet potato, unpeeled, fresh

125 ml Milk, sheep

2 pod Garlic, fresh

Steps

Wash the cucumber, peel it, and finely grate it into a bowl. Sprinkle it with a pinch of salt and let it sit for 15 minutes to release its juice. Peel the garlic, crush it with a knife, and finely chop it. Squeeze the cucumber well with your hands and transfer it to a clean container.

Mix the squeezed cucumber with Greek yogurt. Add the garlic, oil, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well again and place it in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. Serve chilled.
