600 g Watermelon, raw

50 g Olives, black, in brine

1 spoon Oil, plant, sunflower

150 g Cheese, feta

1 bouquet Parsley, fresh

1.5 spoons Vinegar, red wine

Steps

Cut the watermelon into larger slices and remove the green rind with a knife. Use the tip of the knife to remove the seeds and cut the center into bite-sized pieces, then place them in a larger bowl. Thoroughly rinse the olives under running water to avoid an overly salty taste. Drain them well and add them to the watermelon. Cut the feta cheese into smaller pieces, and wash the parsley thoroughly and tear it into small leaves.

Mix all the ingredients well with your hands or a spoon, add the oil, lemon juice, and salt, mix again, and serve to your guests.
