220 ml Coconut milk

1 spoon Unsalted almond butter

2 spoons Honey

1 teaspoon Vanilla, extract, natural

1 pinch Spices, cinnamon, ground

1 pinch Spices, ginger, ground

3 spoons Flaxseed

2 piece Melon

Steps

In a blender (or multipurpose mixer), blend almond milk, almond butter, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and ginger until smooth. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add chia seeds. Mix for at least 4 minutes, then cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Before serving, mix the chia pudding well again.

Cut the melon in half and remove the seeds with a spoon. Fill the hollowed-out melon halves with the chia pudding and sprinkle some coconut on top. Decorate the melon halves with kiwi slices and serve the prepared dessert.
