Ingredients
Dressing
-
280 g Blueberry, raw
-
3 spoons Sugar, white
-
2 spoons Alcohol, Liqueur, Crème de Menthe
-
3 pieces Gelatin powder, unsweetened
-
250 ml Milk, whole milk
-
250 ml Sweet cream
-
0.5 piece Vanilla, extract, natural
-
40 g Sugar, white
Steps
-
Soak the gelatin leaves in cold water. Let them sit for 10 minutes to soften.
-
Pour the cream and milk into a saucepan and add sugar. Split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with the tip of a knife, adding both the seeds and the pod to the saucepan. Slowly bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat, take out the vanilla pod, and stir in the softened gelatin, which has been well squeezed.
-
Pour the cream mixture into four glasses. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate the glasses for two to three hours (or more) to allow the panna cotta to fully cool and set.
-
Just before serving, prepare the sauce. Place the forest fruits in a saucepan and add water and maraschino liqueur, then sweeten with sugar. Gently stir, place on the heat, and quickly bring to a boil to thaw and heat the fruit, allowing the liquid to slightly boil. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
-
Take the glasses out of the refrigerator and spoon the warm topping over the panna cotta. Serve the prepared dessert immediately.

Advice
The fruit topping can be completely cooled before serving. The addition of alcohol or liqueur in the topping can be omitted or replaced with a tablespoon of orange or lemon (lime) juice.
