Ingredients
-
4 pieces Gelatin powder, unsweetened
-
200 ml Milk, whole milk
-
300 ml Sweet cream
-
50 g Sugar, white
-
0.5 pod Vanilla, extract, natural
-
2 piece Passion fruit, fresh
Steps
-
Soak the gelatin leaves in cold water. Let them sit for 10 minutes to soften.
-
Pour the cream and milk into a saucepan and add the sugar. Split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with the tip of a knife. Add the seeds and the pod to the saucepan. Place it on medium heat and slowly warm it up. Stir until all the sugar has dissolved. Just before the liquid boils, remove the saucepan from the heat and add the squeezed gelatin leaves. Stir well until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
-
Remove the vanilla pod from the saucepan, then pour the mixture into four glasses (or molds). Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate the glasses for 2 to 3 hours to allow the panna cotta to cool completely and set firmly.
-
Once the dessert is fully set, take the glasses out of the refrigerator. Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp with a spoon. Place the pulp on top of the set mixture. Serve the prepared dessert.

Instead of passion fruit, you can use raspberry or strawberry puree. Adjust the amount of sugar according to your preference.
