Ingredients
-
45 g Butter, unsalted
-
600 g Meat, veal, thigh
-
0.5 teaspoons Salt, table
-
3 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
4 slice Ham, pressed, non-fat
-
4 slice Cheese, edamame
-
1.5 dl Alcohol, Wine, White
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Grease a small deep baking dish with butter. Wash the veal cutlets and dry them well with paper towels. Season them with salt and pepper.
-
Melt butter in a pan and fry the seasoned veal cutlets. Cook the cutlets for a maximum of 2 minutes on each side. Place the fried cutlets in the greased baking dish and top them with slices of ham and cheese. Place the dish in the preheated oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
-
Pour wine into the pan where the cutlets were fried. Use a spatula to scrape the bottom well to release all the browned bits that formed during cooking. Wait for the sauce to boil, then reduce the heat and cook until about 1/3 of the wine has evaporated.
-
Serve the cutlets on plates, pour the sauce from the pan over them, and serve with a chosen side dish.
