2 spoons Oil, vegetable oil, canola

Thoroughly wash the cutlets, dry them, and pound them with a meat mallet. Wash the sage leaves, dry them, and place them on the cutlets.

Place a pan on the stove and heat the oil in which you will fry the cutlets. First, fry them for 2-3 minutes on the side without the sage, then carefully flip them and fry on the other side.

Season the cutlets to taste with salt and pepper, and drizzle with a little white wine. Then remove them from the pan and keep them warm on a plate. Pour the remaining wine into the pan and add butter. Bring to a boil, pour over the cutlets, and serve to your guests.
